Terms and Conditions

  1. Fees
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for bookings (unless otherwise negotiated) that have been made over 30 days before your trip and the remaining course fees are due in full by 30 days prior to your trip. If you have booked within 30 days of your trip then we require full payment at time of booking.
  2. Cancellation by you.
If you cancel a booking with GreeneAdventures and give us 28 days notice or more, we will refund your course/activity payment less the 50% non-refundable deposit (or the pre-agreed negotiated deposit). If the cancellation notice is 14 days or less, we are unable to refund any of the fees. If your trip is ‘all inclusive’ and includes hotels arranged by us then we do not off any refunds after 90 days. Please contact us for further details.
  3. Cancellation by GreeneAdventures
Courses are planned for a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 8 persons. If the minimum requirement of 2 persons booking is not met for the date you have chosen, then you will be offered an alternative group course date, credit to use on another trip, or a full refund if preferred. Should this situation arise we will contact you at least 5 days before your planned course date to discuss your preference. In the case of a 2 day group course you will also be offered one full day of individual tuition as an alternative.
  4. Activity Risk
Outdoor Activities, by their very nature, embody an element of risk. People have suffered serious injuries, have become very frightened and have died as a direct result of their participation.
Duncan Greene and anyone working for him will use all their experience and expertise to mitigate against these risks to protect you from physical and psychological harm. They will do this without removing the adventure and excitement from your experience.
It will never be possible however, to guarantee that all accidents are either foreseeable or preventable. Whilst such events are very rare, and have never happened on a Greene Adventures Outdoors course, you must accept this risk if you wish to take part.
